-2 Seaweed Sheets.

-1 cup Cooked rice-1 Carrot , cut into thin stripsg-1 Cucumber , cut into thin strips.-1 Avocado, cut into thin strips.g-1/2 cup Rice Vinegar.

How To Make Veg Sushi.

  1. To begin making the Vegetarian Sushi recipe, cut the vegetables into thin strips. Add salt and mix thoroughly. Keep aside.

  2. In a mixing Bowl, take rice vinegar, sugar, add rice to it and mix.

  3. Take one seaweed and spread rice mixture over it in a thin layer. Don't cover the edges.

  4. Arrange the vegetables in a single line. Don't overcrowd.

  5. Start rolling it. Press it so that the roll gets tightened.

  6. Cut the roll into half first with a sharp knife. Don't put pressure on knife while cutting.

  7. Just make back and forth motion. Cut them into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Serve Vegetarian Sushi with soy sauce.
